இந்த வலைப்பதிவின் நோக்கம் என்னவெனில், தமிழீழ கட்டமைப்பு தொடர்பான எந்தவொரு பத்திரத்தையும் சேகரித்துப் பாதுகாத்தலே. தமிழீழ விடுதலைப் புலிகளினுடைய மட்டுமன்றி எந்த தரப்பினுடையதானதாக இருந்தாலும் அவை இங்கே சேகரிக்கப்படும்.
இருந்தாலும், இரு தரப்பிற்கிடையேயான பதில் கடிதங்களோ (அ) செய்தி அறிக்கைகளோ, எவ்வாறு நடைமுறையில் செய்யப்படும் என்ற ஒரு தெளிவான வரைமுறையைக் காட்டாத பட்சத்து இங்கே ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது. முழு இலங்கைக்கான அரச ஆவணங்கள், தமிழீழத்தைக் கொண்டிருந்தாலும் அவை நேரடியாக தமிழீழம் தொடர்பாக இல்லாதவிடத்து தவிர்க்கப்படும் [உ+ம்: இலங்கை அரச யாப்பு].
